Aperture support is something we are considering. However, it is not something that will happen soon.

Sorry, we still don't have any plans for supporting it at this time . Right now we are busy with CS5 updates and Lightroom support.

Just to let you know, I tried running Exposure 3 from Aperture as an external editor and it works great! The one drawback is that Aperture only allows you to use one external editor at a time so you will need to switch your external editor each time you use another editor.
